Behavior Consultation
"Separation Anxiety", "Dominance", "Aggression", "Fear", and "Dog Aggression" are all terms commonly used yet rarely understood. If you are dealing with one of these behaviors at home, or are concerned that one may be developing, learn how to take immediate and appropriate action. Very often simple exercises at the beginning of a behavior issue can prevent chronic misbehavior or resolve unsafe responses.
Karlene Bonnes, a Cornell University graduate, specializes in animal behavior and will evaluate and assess your pet’s specific needs. Then will design an individualized program for you and your family.

Private Lessons
If your schedule does not fit our class times, or you prefer a more individualized program, we offer private lessons in home or at one of our training locations. We will address all basic or intermediate commands (sit, down, stay, come & heel on or off leash) or other issues related to obedience. Many clients prefer this if their pet has difficulty riding in the car, or if you have a multiple pet household.

Board & Train
The board and train program is an intensive training program uniquely designed for your pet. Whether you need to address a specific behavior issue or your dog simply needs to learn basic obedience commands, our 2-3 week board and train program provides consistency, socialization and varied work environments. While boarded in a home environment, your dog will be trained individually and attend group obedience classes. Upon completion of the training program we will demonstrate the skills your dog has learned and teach you the techniques to maintain them.
The board and train program is also available for shorter periods of time to customers who wish their dog to receive a more intensive level of work. Instead of just "boarding" your dog for a long weekend or vacation we can ensure your dog maintains or even advances his level of obedience.

Exercise & Training
Long work hours and family demands often leave little time for appropriate exercise let alone training. Now you can have the best of both worlds. Let us exercise your dog and teach him the commands that make living with him a pleasure instead of a chore. We will cover the sit, stay, come, down, and heel. A recommended minimum of 2 visits per week is suggested to maintain commands.
